Room Rental for wedding ceremony includes access to the room Friday afternoon after 5pm to set up for your event.

*No "Hidden Costs":
We have an in-house wireless microphone system, a portable microphone system, projector, screen, flip chart and white board that can be used and is part of the rental fee. Any items that might have to be brought in will have to be paid by the group renting the facility.

*Wedding (or similar) Reception without bar service; a $1,000 surcharge will be added

*To qualify for "Member charge" the Member must be hosting and paying for the event.


The Food & Beverage operations are closed January 1 – March 31 of each year.  We do take bookings, but only under the following conditions:

Minimum Wedding Size – 100 guests with bar service
All functions that finish prior to 5pm – minimum $2,000 spent excluding GST and gratuities
All functions that finish after 5pm – minimum $4,000 spent excluding GST and gratuities

All room rental rates are subject to GST and Gratuity charges.
