Greg McGarryJeff MacGregor (PGA of Canada Head Professional)
Jeff enters his 1st season at the Glendale G&CC, after 14 seasons at Inglewood G&CC and 9 years as the Head Professional. Jeff graduated from the Grant MacEwan Professional Golf Management Program in 2006. Jeff has been a PGA of Canada Class A member since 2008. He sits on several committees within the PGA of Alberta and continues work with many Professionals on a National level. In 2019 he was recognized as a top finisher in the PGA of Alberta Top 100 program by contributions to the association, the community and his playing ability. Jeff is a Master Professional with Callaway Golf and a Travis Mathew ambassador.  An experienced golf instructor, Jeff has taught many notable players on all levels. His teaching philosophy continues to evolve through Trackman Technology and is level 1 & 2 Trackman certified. Jeff is looking forward to meeting the Glendale membership and to continue progressing its great culture with new ideas and innovation.
 
 
Jacob Cartier (Associate Professional)​
Jacob Cartier joins us from Sturgeon Valley GC where he spent the last eight seasons. Jacob brings an impressive background in golf operations and service. He will be instrumental in our club fitting, outside services and the golf academy. Jacob is excited to join The Glendale Professional staff and is looking forward to meeting the fantastic membership. He has spent the past eight years as an Associate/Teaching professional at Sturgeon Valley GC and the previous eight seasons at Royal Mayfair G&CC. Jacob has been a Class A professional since 2008 and a Top 100 professional in both 2019 and 2020. He is a passionate and accomplished teacher, master club fitter, club repair specialist and is level 1 & 2 Trackman certified. Jacob finished inside the top 30 in the PGA of Alberta order of merit in 8 of the past 10 years. He is a TaylorMade staffer & Nike brand ambassador. Jacob graduated with a BFA and a Bachelor of Commerce from both University of Alberta and Concordia University. Some hobbies outside of golf include Art, Mountain biking, fitness, and Bonsai trees. Jacob is looking forward to working with the Glendale membership and providing an exceptional private club atmosphere.

 
Bruce Hardy (Associate Professional)
Bruce Hardy is enthusiastic to join the professional team at the Glendale Golf & Country Club after 12 successful years at the Mill Woods GC. Bruce has an accomplished background in sports and will be an asset to our progressive culture. He will be our lady’s liaison and brings a solid presence to our lady’s programs and outside services. Bruce began his professional golf career in Germany as a Class “A” member of the PGA of Germany. Preceding his golf career, Bruce relished 20 years of professional hockey in Germany. He retired the sport to become the Head Golf Professional at Hofgut Praforst GC, which is located right on the outskirts of Frankfurt. He worked and managed this operation for 10 seasons. Bruce is level 1 & 2 Trackman certified.​ He has been teaching for over 22 years and is very eager to share his knowledge and excitement to the members of the Glendale Golf & Country Club. 

Craig McArthur (Teaching Professional)

Craig McArthur joins the Glendale with over 20+ years of private club experience in the Edmonton market, most notably, serving as the head golf professional at Blackhawk Golf Club from 2007-2018. Craig joins us from Jagare Ridge where he developed a very successful Junior program. Craig has an accomplished playing and golf operations background. In recent years, Craig has found a renewed passion for teaching and coaching, in particular, developing junior athletes. In 2019 Craig launched his own program utilizing the popular Operation 36 model and developed a successful local Mini Tour for kids ages 12 and under. He will be taking over our Junior program and working with the Professional staff to institute a renowned golf academy here at the club. Craig continues to educate himself on the latest innovations and tech in the industry, including Trackman. Not only is Craig an excellent coach, but he also brings with him an accomplished track record as a player, along with multiple PGA of Alberta victories, including most recently the 2020 PGA Club pro Championship. Craig is excited to be part of this great club and to have the opportunity to share his knowledge and expertise to the Glendale membership.
