Nestled in the outskirts of West Edmonton, and minutes from St. Albert, Alberta, the Glendale Golf & Country Club is a golf lover's dream and the ultimate choice for a day of challenging play. For over 50 years the Glendale golf course stands as one of the best tests of golf in the Country. Featuring unobstructed views of radiant natural beauty with contours and elevation changes, this par 72 course makes innovative use of Edmonton, Alberta's natural forested landscape. With new enhancements to the course the Club is proud to offer three tee options for ladies and four options for men. Distance ranges from the green tee yardage of 5295 to the 7247 yards from the black tees.

Instruction

Our instructional programs are sure to benefit all levels of our Membership. Our dedicated PGA of Canada coaches will enhance your game no matter the level. We use current technology that includes Trackman. Building a relationship with your Professional goes beyond just a golf lesson. Repairs

The Golf Shop can do most repairs in-house and in a timely fashion. Our repair shop is setup to ensure service and quality workmanship at a competitive price. We offer re-gripping, re-spiking, and most re-shafting services to the membership. Golf Shop 780.447.3531

Golf Simulator

The Glendale Golf & Country Club operates two Trackman Simulators from January through early/ April for the Members enjoyment. The Simulators are set up in the Lakeside Room of the Clubhouse and is a cutting edge, accurate, and very fun piece of technology offering 85+ course options from all over the world.

Booking

The Simulator is available for bookings 7 days a week:

Monday: 12pm-9pm
Tuesday to Friday: 10am-9pm
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 10am-6pm

Bookings can be made as far as 7 days in advance through the Glendale App or by calling 780-447-3531 during normal Golf Shop hours.

Pricing

The Simulator is rented by the hour not by the person and is $25 + gst per hour. For example, if one person plays or if four people play it is still $25 + gst per hour.

Packages are available for purchase through the Golf Shop staff that net down the hourly rate. Monthly unlimited practice passes are available for $175 + gst.

It typically takes the average foursome between 3 to 3.5 hours to play 18 holes on the Simulator.

Food Service

The kitchen will be open for food service when the simulators are open:

Wednesday-Saturday: 12:00pm-6:00pm

We have created a Simulator Menu that has shareables and favorites to make your Simulator experience that much more enjoyable. There will be no outside food permitted during the hours that food service is available.

Fittings / Lessons

The Simulator is available for equipment fittings and lessons over the winter. Please speak with one of our PGA of Canada Professionals to set something up.
